CFIT Dutchess is partnering with us for this incredible cause!

Here’s how it will go: If you walk/ jog/run/ or bike, keep track of your distance each time you workout! You do not need to do my classes – any outdoor distances, peloton workouts, or gym sessions will count! If not for anything do it for yourself to check in to see how much you can do in one month!

To participate, the fee is $20. Part of the proceeds will go toward helping survivors of domestic violence. You will then be entered to win a prize in each division by Aug 31! First 10 people to signup will receive a tee shirt!

Don’t miss out on an opportunity to show-up for yourself, donate to a good cause, and hold yourself accountable! Register here:
