Individual and Group Therapy

Children and Teen’s Mental Health Services are coming in Summer 2025! Will include individual and group therapy, play therapy, family therapy, psychiatric services, and collaborative care with schools, primary care, and other service providers.

At our Behavioral Health Centers, we provide comprehensive and integrated services to meet the behavioral health needs of our community. Individual and group therapy is provided by licensed therapists and counselors who are highly trained in a variety of person-centered and evidence based approaches. The team also includes experienced Psychiatrists, Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners, and Registered Nurses to assist people with medical and medication needs. Behavioral Health Services are offered throughout Dutchess and Ulster Counties in 8 locations. Services are available to anyone in need, regardless of insurance or income.

We are happy to provide telehealth services via Zoom, based on individual needs and an assessment of each client’s treatment needs by the clinical team. Please see resources below to assist those who are receiving telehealth services.
