Wendy Bianco is the VP of Human Resources and Risk Management. She is a graduate from SUNY Albany where she received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management and Finance and a second major in Interpersonal Communications. Before joining Family Services in June of 2022, Wendy had 26 years of professional office experience with over 21 years in management. Beginning her career in 1996 at an ARMs company with 16 employees, Wendy was instrumental in expanding the business to a total of three states and over 500 employees working in both the federal and non-federal markets. Ms. Bianco has overseen Client Services, Compliance and Human Resources including Training and Development for all three locations during her tenure. Her responsibilities included development, maintenance and revision of policies and procedures for the Human Resources function to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct. She is a hands-on manager who prides herself on being fair, honest and approachable while shaping a corporate culture that celebrates diversity, equity and inclusion.
Wendy lives in Lagrange NY with her husband of 25 years, John and their two children John and Jessica.
