Casey Hons, MHA, has spent the past 15+ years in the profit, non-profit and healthcare sectors. Within these industries, she has a broad range of experience including operational management, service delivery for at risk youth, education and training, project management, policy development, strategic and fiscal planning, grant writing, and behavioral healthcare administration. With a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology, Casey has devoted the core of her work to impacting the lives of others as a leader in mission driven companies. Casey has spent nearly 13 years of her career working for both Family Services and Hudson Valley Mental Health, granting her the unique experience as a member of both leadership teams.
Casey joined Hudson Valley Mental Health, Inc. (HVMH) in 2013 as Project Manager for the expansion of the agency into Ulster County. Prior to that, Casey was employed by Family Services, Inc. in 2005 as a Training Services Navigator and subsequently a Program Coordinator in the Youth Services department. Upon completion of HVMH’s expansion project, Casey was brought on as the Operations Manager for the three newly acquired clinics. In 2016, Casey received her Master’s in Health Administration from Capella University and has since moved into the position of Vice President for Operations at Family Services. Outside of the office Casey enjoys spending time with her husband and three daughters in Highland, NY.
