Supervised Visitation
Family Services made the difficult decision to close the Supervised Visitation Program as of July 13, 2024. We have operated the Supervised Visitation program for many years as part of our mission to support and help stabilize families in crisis. Through this program, we provided a safe, neutral environment where non-custodial parents and children could visit together when there was an indication or allegation of domestic violence, child abuse, substance and/or alcohol use, or threats of abduction.
We are grateful for our partners in Dutchess County Family Court, Dutchess County Department of Community and Family Services, and the New York State Office of Temporary and Disability Assistance as well as our community partners and dedicated visitation monitor staff who helped us positively impact the lives of families throughout Dutchess County for many years.
