Re-Entry Stabilization Transition and Reintegration Track Program (RESTART)

The Re-Entry Stabilization Transition and Reintegration Track program (RESTART) provides treatment and re-entry services to male and female inmates housed in the Dutchess County Jail who are at high risk for re-offending.
