Community Health Day connects individuals and families in need with essential screenings and services, winter clothing, school supplies, personal care items and more.
Adults only please. Serving the uninsured, underinsured and those who are unhoused or at risk of homelessness.
Screenings, services and resources:
- Time with a medical provider
- General health history and assessment
- Basic point-of-care testing
- Flu shot
- School supplies
- Nutritional support
- Stroke prevention
- Haircuts
- Prayer partners
- Coats and winter clothing donations
Participants who complete a screening will receive a winter coat, socks and care kit.
