Anyone is eligible for services regardless of immigration status.
Services are free and confidential
Survivors have the option to not use their insurance and can go through the Office of Victim Services for payment. Medical exams related to an assault are also covered by the Office of Victim Services.
Evidence collection and reporting are optional and ALL decisions are made by the student
Advocates from the Center for Victim Safety and Support are available 24/7 to offer services, emotional support and advocacy throughout the process.
Process for kit: Evidence collection may include bloodwork, urine testing and swabs to collect DNA. The survivor may refuse any part of the exam
