The Teen Parent Program provides comprehensive case management services for pregnant and/or parenting teenagers throughout Dutchess County. Individualized case management assists young mothers and fathers in completing their goals towards increased self-sufficiency. Each goal plan is tailored to meet each teen’s need in basic maintenance, education, employment, health, and personal skills. We are a home visiting program, but visits can be arranged in alternate locations as well. Participation is completely voluntary, free, and confidential.
